Warehouse Unit, Brighouse

Design Tonic recently completed a comprehensive dilapidations refurbishment of a warehouse unit in Brighouse, restoring the property to a high standard and preparing it for future occupation. Appointed by Knight Frank, the project required careful coordination to deliver essential upgrades while maintaining safety and efficiency on a live site.

Extensive access and safety measures were implemented, including full perimeter scaffolding, secure site controls, and phased working to minimise disruption. The completed scheme has transformed the unit into a modern, compliant, and lettable industrial space, reducing future maintenance risks and aligning with the expectations of both client and agent.
