Design Tonic worked with Kinrise to transform the second floor of 81 Colmore Row into a contemporary, fully fitted workplace designed around collaboration, wellbeing and flexibility. Located within Birmingham’s historic Grade II-listed Colmore Business District, the project called for a considered approach that complemented the building’s character while creating a modern and welcoming environment for today’s occupiers.
