Talk about a room with a view! Our friends Charlton Morris, having already occupied the 3rd floor at one of the most sought after locations in central Leeds, decided to trust in our industry expertise once again for their expansion onto the 4th floor. This continued growth comes as no surprise for this forward thinking, innovative company and we’re so pleased we could help deliver an office to suit.

The office is centred round a large, industrial circular bar (yes you read correctly! I mean what office is complete without?) which has already proved to be a huge hit for both staff and visitors alike (well the beer & prosecco on tap certainly has..).

It’s all about the details; whilst this space does host a rather impressive bar (major office envy) there is so much more this space has to offer. Impeccable finer details can be found throughout; wooden cladding, lush velvet upholstery, elegant voiles, feature lighting & biophilic elements help balance out the industrial vibes and the end result is absolutely superb.

Charlton Morris really are leading the way with what an office should look like. They have taken on board the fact that not everyone works their best in the same environment and therefore to ensure maximum productivity, the office needs to reflect this. Co-lab areas, private phone booths, hot-desks & even a zen room demonstrate that Charlton Morris care about the wellbeing of their staff which will in turn help to both retain existing employees & attract new. Charlton Morris have even been able to implement a 4 day working week and we’re so excited to see what’s next for this fantastic company and look forward to sharing a beer (or two) in their incredible new space!
