Having acquired the building, Opus North & FRU UK wanted to provide premium office space in Leeds and soon got to work organising the refurbishment with architect partners DLA Architects.
The project itself was a major team effort and we’re so pleased we got to play a part in putting the Design Tonic touch onto both the Ground Floor Common Parts & 7th Floor Terrace Area.
Such an impressive building from the outside certainly does not disappoint upon entry. Carefully thought out soft furnishings and feature wooden timber cladded walls create a chic, sophisticated communal space with just the right amount of industrial flair.
Exposed ceilings, pendant lighting, high-quality finishings and bespoke artwork create an element of class and sophistication which any tenant would be proud to call their own.
