Palm Capital – Boreal House, Leeds   

Boreal House is one of Leeds hidden gems. Situated on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre in a prime commuter belt; this purpose built office space, located across 3 floors was starting to look a little outdated and in need of the Design Tonic touch to help attract potential tenants.

We soon set to work on the Designs and the transformation is phenomenal. The entranceway itself will be sure to leave a lasting impression for all the right reasons. Biophilic features resonate throughout the property, with the main focal point being the inclusion of a large tree in the open spaced atrium. Introduction of greenery elements have been proven to increase productivity and wellbeing and are an in-demand product in any modern day commercial Fit Out.

These light airy open plan spaces come complete with a carefully chosen soft colour palette to really compliment the space.

Overall , the final result is a high end, CAT A office space which I’m sure will not remain vacant for long.
