Sovereign House Leeds aimed to transform their rooftop office space into a modern, attractive workplace that tenants could move into seamlessly on South Parade in Leeds. The focus was on creating a functional and appealing environment with breakout areas, meeting rooms, and desk spaces, while addressing the challenges of the unique roof eaves layout.
The client was delighted with the outcome and plans to replicate the design concept across other floors of the building.
