Larger projects, especially those involving structural works and more complex elements can take longer and you will be kept informed as we work together. The duration depends on several factors, including the scope of work, design complexity, and any unforeseen challenges that may arise during the process. After getting a full understanding of your visions, wants and needs, we get to work creating floorplans and moodboarding designs. We will collaboratively review and refine these designs with you at each stage until we have a full scheme you're happy with. Our team of estimators then price the project and present costs back. Once this is approved, we begin the fit out process. Works are delivered on time to a pre-agreed schedule to prevent and limit disruption to your business operation. Our dedicated project managers, interior designers, expert site supervisors and trade specialists then work together bring the project to life! You can be as hands on or off as you like - from weekly updates to a final unveiling and key handover. Then, the final step is to enjoy your enhanced office environment and all the benefits it will bring!

Once your office fit out is complete, we carry out a thorough inspection to address any minor issues, ensuring everything meets our high standards. Next, we arrange a final walkthrough with you to confirm you're satisfied with the results. After sign-off, we provide all necessary documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals, health and safety files, and warranties. We also test and commission any new systems, ensuring everything functions perfectly. From there, your team can move into the space, with our support available for any post-occupancy adjustments.
