LifeSearch UK Rollout 

LifeSearch sought to upgrade its outdated offices in London, Leeds and Milton Keynes to align with modern workplace expectations and evolving ways of working. The goal was to create a refreshed, functional, and collaborative environment while maintaining efficiency and flexibility across all three locations. 

A full workplace design consultation was conducted to assess the existing office setup, identifying inefficiencies and pain points. This deep understanding enabled the development of an accurate office layout plan that would meet both current and future business needs. The result was a comprehensive new blueprint that could be applied consistently across all three locations. 

The transformed offices now reflect a modern and dynamic workspace, improving both aesthetics and functionality. Enhanced meeting areas support a more professional and engaging experience for both in-office and remote collaboration. The strategic use of open spaces and breakout areas has fostered a more fluid and interactive work environment, better suited to Lifesearch’s evolving needs across their multiple office locations.
