Sharp wanted to create a contemporary new headquarters at South Central in Leeds that reflected the way its people work today. 

The brief called for a flexible workplace that could support focused work, collaboration and informal interaction, while giving employees greater choice over how and where they spend their working day. Wellbeing and inclusivity were also key considerations, with the space needing to accommodate different working styles and levels of sensory stimulation.
