Solution

The refurbishment focused on refreshing the space while maintaining the character of the historic building. Key original features, such as the high ceilings and stunning archways, were preserved to maintain the building’s unique character. Large windows were emphasised to maximise natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere ideal for any prospective tenant.

The interior design utilised a neutral colour scheme throughout, ensuring the office remains timeless, and providing a versatile backdrop that allows future occupants to personalise the space according to their needs.
